Mandel is a graduate of the M.S. program in Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M University where he worked with the Information Science and Systems group focusing on Wi-Fi networking and Data Science. He previously graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering
